Reverse
osmosis (RO) can be considered as the most advanced degree of filtration that
has been invented for the purification of water, without the need to add any
chemical substance. Such is its advantage, that it is the technology that has
been used, along with other special equipment, in some countries to desalinate
seawater to make it suitable for consumption.
RO
is the most convenient and effective method to purify water and the best thing
is that it does it without the need to add any chemical substance; After
receiving a pretreatment, the water passes through a semi-permeable synthetic
membrane with pores up to 0.0001 micron. The rest of the water filtration
systems consist of the use of ceramic spark plugs whose porosity diameter
ranges from 0.5 to 10 microns, which makes them much less effective. Water
filtered in this way carries with it impurities and harmful substances that
most of the RO will retain. Other methods offer water disinfection against
bacteria and viruses; but they depend on a limited pre-filtration system that
does not reach the OI level…
ROpurified water is ideal. Nitrates, pesticides, bacteria, viruses, asbestos,
herbicides, lime, mercury, arsenic, lead and other heavy metals are almost
completely eliminated; as well as most of what is dissolved. The RO membrane
allows the highest possible filtering; no other filter reaches this level.
The
water treated by OI has a very pleasant flavor and is free from that
undesirable flavor that characterizes public treatment waters; improving the
quality and flavors of soups, juices, drinks, legumes, pasta, ice cubes, etc .;
all this thanks to the fact that we will enjoy a higher quality of our water.
Waters
with low mineral concentration are generally best suited for the elderly,
babies, people with kidney stones, severe high blood pressure or fluid
retention; in short, for all of us who wish to enjoy good health and
well-being. In reality it is just as we would obtain it in nature in its purest

In
